The Infiniti QX80: All New For 2025

The 2025 INFINITI QX80 is here to shake things up in the full-size luxury SUV world! It combines sleek, sophisticated style with smart technology and a smooth driving experience. 

As the top dog in the lineup and the first of INFINITI’s Product Renaissance models, the new QX80 offers top-notch comfort, convenience, and technology for everyone on board. 

This SUV goes above and beyond in the luxury game, introducing cutting-edge technology and comfort features that are setting new standards for the industry.

The QX80 is going to feature the world’s first Front Wide View Camera and My Parking Locations. It will be the segment’s first vehicle to feature Klipsch Reference Premiere Audio, remote control rear seating, biometric cooling and an in-car camera.

This QX80 also changes expectations for the Infiniti brand, introducing the manufacturer’s first vehicle with individual audio, flush door handles, invisible hood view, electronic air suspension, heated third-row seating, dual 14.3” monolith style displays, Infiniti InTouch (with Google built-in), Infiniti Light Path and 64 colour personalized ambient lighting.

At the front, the QX80 sports the newest edition of the iconic INFINITI double-arch grille. Inspired by the elegant lines of a bamboo forest, the grille is covered in glossy black, offering a sneak peek of the exciting driving journey ahead. In the center of it all is the updated illuminated INFINITI logo, looking towards countless adventures.

The sleek and modern design flows seamlessly along the sides. When you unlock the car, the door handles pop out automatically, giving it a clean look and improving the QX80’s aerodynamic performance. 

At the back, a broad LED light strip catches your eye. Its stylish segmented design complements the grille and DRLs, while the curved shape is inspired by the serene play of light on water. With over 300 LEDs, these lights have a cool smoked finish and glow in a vibrant red colour.

The brand-new QX80 comes in seven stunning body colours, but the real head-turner is the fresh INFINITI shade named Dynamic Metal. It took more than six years to nail this colour, aiming to give the QX80 a smooth liquid metal appearance that truly stands out.

INVITING INTERIOR

The interior of the brand-new QX80 draws heavy inspiration from Japanese culture and the concept of miyabi. Influenced by Kyoto artisan traditions, it showcases layered, soft materials and a beautiful, seamless blend of technology and top-notch materials.

The QX80’s dashboard features two 14.3-inch displays. In front of the driver, there’s a customizable meter offering three views – Classic, Elegant, and Enhanced – which can be easily controlled using a conveniently placed jog wheel on the right side of the steering wheel. 

The design creates an inviting atmosphere with sleek lines running along the passenger side of the dashboard and a glowing INFINITI emblem. To enhance the ambiance, lighting plays a key role, with the option of 64-color Personalized Ambient Lighting that includes light pipes in the dashboard and doors.

TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS

Throughout its history, INFINITI has consistently innovated and pushed the boundaries of luxury, and the all-new 2025 QX80 is no exception. This SUV introduces numerous INFINITI-, segment-, and world-first features that elevate the level of comfort in daily life, including cutting-edge technological advancements such as the front wide-view mirror, invisible hood view, enhanced 3D around-view mirror, and ProPilot Assist.

INFINITI proudly stands as the first mass-market OEM to offer the Klipsch Reference Premiere Audio System, available in 14 or 24-speaker configurations, delivering a cinematic sound experience within your vehicle. Moreover, the QX80 presents INFINITI’s inaugural individual audio experience with integrated headrest speakers.

The 2025 QX80 now comes equipped with Google Built-In as a standard feature across all trim levels, providing a connected, personalized driving experience with Google Assistant, Google Maps, and Google Play. Additionally, it includes standard Wireless Apple CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto for added convenience.

PERFORMANCE AND HANDLING

The INFINITI QX80 delivers confident and capable performance which is balanced with refinement to deliver the driver and passengers with a rewarding driving experience.

Powered by a standard 3.5L Twin-Turbo Charged V6, the QX80 produces 450 horsepower and 515 lb-ft of torque an increase of 50 horsepower and 103 lb-ft versus the previous generation!

The QX80 now offers Electronic Air Suspension which improves ride quality by providing a smoother more comfortable ride compared to traditional suspension systems. Lowering an additional 2.8” for easy entry, and 1.2” during highway driving to improve efficiency.

Complimenting the new generation is also a 9-Speed Automatic Transmission with more responsive acceleration & effortless highway cruising.
